Daughter of Preston Hardy, Elizabeth

Sam Hardy says:
Elizabeth Hardy wrote to her brother in Georgia.  There is a letter dated August 11, 1858, written by Elizabeth Hardy of Madison County, Ga. to William B. Hardy at Wisdom's Store, Harris County, Georgia. Based upon the contents of the letter, Elizabeth is clearly the daughter of Preston Hardy, and William is judged to be William Brantley Hardy, her brother. The letter is signed on behalf of Maryann Hardy, Preston Hardy, Benjamin Hardy, and Elizabeth Hardy.

Troup Co. Ga. My father was Henry Melvin Hardy b.6-10-1907 in Chipley, Ga. His father was Sim Hardy, killed in railroad accident in LaGrange, Sept. 1922. Married Mary Elizabeth Hunter. His father was also named Sim, Married Naomi or Neoma ? Sim Sr's father was William Brantley Hardy who married Eliza Jordan.
